Introduction on Civil Engineer

The Basic Needs of a human beings for their survival are Good food ,  Better Dresses and safe place for their shelter.
The persons who involves in the construction of safe buildings for shelter and other works depend on construction are called CIVIL ENGINEERS. The word "civil engineer" which means the engineer who works for people. The civil engineering department has many branches under it such as Architecture , Structural Engineer , Surveyor , Planning Engineer , Town Planning Engineer , Railway Engineer , etc.
The civil engineers will become specialist on any one of the branches of civil engineering but will also know about other branches of civil engineering . The Civil engineer's working on Government will specialize on several branches of civil department because they work on several projects at different regions and they need to face many practical problems.

The civil engineer work is mainly split into two they are office work and site(Field) work. The work in office was to make a perfect plan ,elevation,Beam schedule, column schedule , layout of plan,beam,column, estimation cost for building , materials need on the field for further work , etc.
The work of the civil engineer on the field is to check the work has been done on the field is correct which is provided on the plan , Is the work has been made as scheduled , collecting information from office about any changes to be made on field or plan, ensuring the safety of the workers on the construction field,etc.
The civil engineer should get more practical experience in the field than any other engineer because the minor fault done by the civil engineer also lead to the loss of money and lives of many people.
Usually the civil engineering project is not  done by an single civil engineer ,there are several teams work under the project to complete it . The teams involved in the project are classify into:
  1.Design Team
  2.Project management and construction management team
  3. Operation and maintenance team
   Some members from the design team has been appointed on the other teams also to take decision correctly and to clarify the doubt's on executing of plan on the field.
The best civil engineer should know about the recent trend in civil engineering, market price of the construction materials, new construction materials on the market , Practical knowledge about the work on the field because every field of construction varies from each other from its plan , Type of soil , etc.
